- Previous inspection noted "minor" corrosion or sealant wear: In a dry climate, "minor, monitor" might be reasonable elsewhere. In Las Vegas, minor degradation is a countdown clock

Replacing an entire roof anchor system on a mid-rise commercial building can run into the tens of thousands of dollars. An annual roof anchor inspection, plus addressing issues before they progress, costs a fraction of that.
